MindMetrix Comprehensive Test

$150.00

Gain a clearer understanding of your mental health with MindMetrix, an online assessment that screens for symptoms associated with more than 60 mental health conditions. Its personalized questionnaires explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep problems to help guide your provider’s evaluation and treatment recommendations.

The assessment generally takes 20–60 minutes to complete. Results support clinical decision-making and do not independently establish a diagnosis.

Assessment fees: $150 for initial testing; $75 for each provider-recommended repeat assessment. Testing is paid out of pocket and is not billed to insurance.

A follow-up appointment is required to discuss your results and recommendations. This appointment is billed separately and may be billed through your insurance, subject to coverage and applicable patient responsibility. Results may also be reviewed as part of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, billed through insurance when applicable or at AAP’s self-pay comprehensive evaluation rate.
